Our processing times can be up to 4 weeks for certain items. We don’t hold a massive amount of blank stock therefore nearly every item needs ordered in from our suppliers. I try to not order 1 piece at a time to save having to pass the cost of this on to you - our gorgeous customers. But once the stock arrives, the process to bring it to life begins.

It’s a longer process than you’d think! I’ve actually had one plaque take about 7 hours to complete - not including drying time! All these tiny letters need their sides painted to make them look extra special and that process in itself is looooooong - especially when using pastel colours!

Especially our fake bakes that do look good enough to eat but definitely shouldn’t be nibbled!

Everything I create is made with as much care & attention as if it were for my own daughter. There may be times where I’m unable to process orders as quickly due to family commitments but I promise everything is made with love and at a time where I can give it the attention it deserves.
